How do I start the process of buying a property?

At Property Solution Inc., the process begins when a client contacts us. We understand what they need, share the right options, and arrange simple, clear site visits. Once they pick a unit, we help with comparisons, negotiations, and paperwork. We stay involved till handover so the whole experience feels easy and guided.

What documents are required to buy or rent a property?

For Buying a Property

  • Aadhar Card or any valid government ID
    • PAN Card (mandatory for property purchase)
    • Passport-size photographs
    • Income Proof (ITR, salary slips or bank statements if required by bank or builder)
    • Address Proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, Utility bill)
    • Allotment Letter or Agreement to Sell (provided during transaction)
    • Sale Deed and Registration Documents at the time of final payment
    • Home Loan documents if financing the purchase

For Renting a Property

  • Aadhar Card or valid government ID
    • PAN Card (often required for agreement and verification)
    • Passport-size photographs
    • Address Proof (any government approved)
    • Employment Proof or Offer Letter (commonly required for tenants)
    • Previous rent agreement or landlord reference (optional but helpful)

How can I schedule a property visit?

A client can book a visit by contacting us through call, WhatsApp, Instagram, or our website form. We confirm the date and time, coordinate with the developer or owner, and set everything up. The client simply shares their requirement and preferred slot, and we take care of the rest.

Do you handle commercial and industrial properties as well?

For rental or leasing services, our charge is one month of the final agreed monthly rent. This is payable only after the deal is successfully closed, ensuring clients get complete support throughout the process without any advance cost.

Yes, we offer logistic connectivity analysis. We help clients see how well a location connects to major roads, ports, airports, and nearby industrial areas. This makes it easier to choose a property that supports smooth operations and future growth.

We respect our clients’ privacy. All details, documents, and discussions are kept confidential, and updates are shared only with those involved. Personal or financial information is never shared without consent, so clients can make decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
